A revolution is underway in Bolivia and at the heart of it is the La Chispa (The Spark), a dynamic new organization of young workers and students.Ever since its founding in February 2006, La Chispa has left its mark on the insurrectionary movement of the people of Bolivia for national sovereignty. On February 15, 2007, over 700 students walked out of their classes at Lowell High, the oldest and largest public high school in San Francisco. Students and teachers spoke at an impassioned mass anti-war speakout in the school’s courtyard. Spirits were high and resistance was in the air.Victory in San Francisco on November 14: Board of Ed. On November 14, a major political earthquake shook San Francisco and the entire country.
